Airtable Views

In this article, we'll look at using an Airtable view to display your records and sorting records using a field name.

Airtable View

  1. Select Edit Listing by hovering over the listing and switch to the Airtable Setup option from the top navigation.
  1. Select the View Settings tab and select Airtable View for Use Airtable view or Sort by field menu.

      In the View Name field select the view you want to fetch from. Click the Save and continue button and return back to the editor.

Sort by Field Name

Use this option to display your fields sorted in ascending or descending order on a particular field. For example, you can display your records sorted by Company Name in alphabetical order.
 
  1. Select Edit Listing by hovering over the listing and switch to the Airtable Setup option from the top navigation
  1. Select the View Settings tab and select Sort by input to Field Name

  1. Select the field you want to sort by in the Sort by field name
  1. Select to sort in ascending or descending order
  1. click the Save and continue button and return back to the editor
