In this example, we have a table of Airtable scripts that can be submitted by the community through a Airtable form.
In this scenario, you may want to review new submissions before making it public.
To create an approval process, we've created a new Airtable view called Public Scripts and added a filter to display Approved records only.
Next, on Pory click on edit listing and switch to Airtable Setup. In the Record / View Setting, sort your data by Airtable View and select Public Scripts.
Now you can continue working on your drafts, receive new submissions and people visiting your site/app won't be impacted.
