How should I use this Investor deal flow template?

Keep track of prospective deals including contacts, valuations, notes, and attachments. Add links to Crunchbase and LinkedIn profiles. Best of all, you can easily adapt this template to your exact workflow.

Here are a few tips to get you started.

  • The Contacts field is a linked record field. That means that if you click on one of the blue tokens with a contact's name, it'll open up an expanded version of the record for that contact from the Company contacts table.
  • Hiding fields can be a great way to make views that show just the information you need for a particular task. Check out the Term sheets view to see an example of how hidden fields can let you focus in on what's important.
  • Kanban views let you group records together in a virtual board, based on a field of your choosing. In this template's kanban view, Deals by stage, you can see the status of each prospective deal grouped by its stage.
